Clay A. Anderson, Attorney at Law
Clay Anderson is a South Dakota native, and veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Clay earned an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, majoring in business administration with dual specializations in finance and human resource management from Regis University, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, School of Law.
Clay worked with insurance, marketing, hunting & fishing outfitters, hotel franchises, franchisees, and various other entrepreneurs and investors to assist them with their respective business ventures after graduation from college and before attending law school.
Clay describes the firm’s philosophy as:

Kristi L. Jones, Attorney at Law
Kristi Jones is a Columbus, Nebraska native. Kristi came to South Dakota to attend the University of Sioux Falls where she earned two bachelor of arts degrees in Communication Studies, and Social Sciences, as well as a Masters of Education. Kristi earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, School of Law.
Kristi was a clerk for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, South Dakota, where she was exposed to all areas of the legal system. She also worked at the Public Advocates Office, Minnehaha County, Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she gained extensive experience in criminal defense, juvenile, and abuse and neglect cases. Kristi also has worked in private practice where she discovered a passion for helping clients with adoptions, small businesses, and appellate work.
Kristi’s main office is located in our Sioux Falls location; however, her practice is statewide.
Brittany Anderson, Legal Assistant
Brittany is a South Dakota native, and a graduate of Dakota State University. Brittany started working within the legal field in 2014. Brittany continues her work for Dakota Law Firm, Prof. L.L.C., as the office manager, legal assistant and receptionist.
